In this role, the HCA Service Executive will drive overall client satisfaction by providing business & program leadership of the GE-Client service partnership and delivering a total GE Healthcare solution. This position is responsible for managing the success of the service relationship with HCA in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. The position provides the client with a single point of contact for GEHC service & operational commitments throughout the partnership term, developing a strategy to ensure client satisfaction, contract renewal, business retention and growth working in close alignment with the Account team, regional service teams & functional centers of excellence within GE HealthCare. Nashville, TN preferred. Candidates residing in nearby markets or locations with convenient air travel access to Nashville will also be considered. Essential Responsibilities:
- Primary customer interface to GEHC for all matters relating to the Service Partnership, and building a long term, strategic alliance with all levels (Facility, Division & Corporate) of the Customer to exceed contractual obligations, protect against competitive threats and continue to add value.
- Primary business leader responsible for the contract commitments within the GEHC-Client contract, service execution & ongoing strategic projects such as operational optimization, clinical fleet replacements, acquisitions/divestiture etc. as well as identifying new collaborative innovation & growth opportunities.
- Implement robust processes and formal reporting arrangements in which to track and monitor programmatic, financial & project progress against the agreed plans and agreements between GEHC and the client i.e. KPI metrics, project and operational risk, cost and program reports, variation process / control, etc.
- Primary business leader responsible for successful renewal of the client contract, negotiating commercial & operational terms & building out proactive governance / risk mitigation strategies as needed.
- Lead the HCA program & operations team, establishing a high performing team with consistent roles & responsibilities, driving clear alignment & operational excellence working with GEHC commercial & regional service stakeholders
- Organize and support program/technical/operational reviews with client and generate regular program updates for internal management, functioning as customer advocate while establishing best practices internally & externally across the enterprise.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 12yrs of relevant work experience in HealthCare and/or Medical Technology equipment & services.
- Commercial experience leading contracting, negotiating complex Ts & Cs and driving strategic partnership commitments
- Experience in client-facing roles directly responsible for customer relationship/ account management establishing relationships & value at C-suite levels of IDN/Providers
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen (i.e. knowledge of healthcare service lines, P&L centers, balance sheets, capital & operational planning)
- Experience leading a team, driving organization strategy
- Willingness to travel 50%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging & Clinical Services experience
- Experience working in a highly-matrixes environment, effectively influencing and persuading others to achieve GEHC goals defined in client growth strategy
- Experience anticipating challenges or roadblocks and successfully mitigating those risks while achieving desired outcomes for client and GEHC
- Experience maintaining flexible approach when faced with business or client course corrections (i.e. client cost-out initiatives, industry economic conditions, healthcare reform legislation, etc.)
