Job Description
Prepare and distribute standard HR reports, providing relevant insights into key HR metrics. Run predefined queries from HR systems and reporting tools. Manage data imports and exports, while identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner. Support HR data administration activities, including data entry, updates, and quality checks to ensure completeness and reliability of information. Coordinate and create requests for system-related adjustments and standard HR role assignments (e.g., MSS, ESS and other local HR roles). Maintain reporting documentation, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and governance requirements. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Regional HR teams, and subject matter experts to support reporting and data management needs
