About this Position SK Haircare Styling have always played a significant strategic role in the company’s vision of achieving continuous growth in five years. As a member in Brand Delivery team, this role will be responsible for the marketing of hair care and styling, specific brands to be determined by the candidate. We are looking for young talent who deeply understand business fundamentals (DT/NKA/Watsons/EC), have capability to work closely with channels TMKT and have passion to drive brand growth with commitment. What you´ll do Brand Portfolio Management - work with Brand Design team to optimize existing portfolio as well as developing future NPD based on consumer needs. Brand Relaunch / NPD Launch Campaign Activation - lead integrated marketing plan including campaign brief, creative production, media plan, PR and social amplification across all touchpoints. Channel Optimization Retail Enhancement – collaborate closely with TMKT Channels to understand channel insights and optimize brand channel strategy, maximizing growth via elevated in-store experiences and innovative retail enhancement tactics. Business Tracking Deep dive – with business acumen, keep tracking analyzing brand sell-in sell-out performance by product line by channel to ensure target achievement. MKT Budget Plan Management – be responsible for brand annual budget plan and monthly expense tracking.
