- 3+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Experience with MacOS, preferred, and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience
- Texas Life Insurance License or Series 65 preferred
This Client Service Specialist will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
- Complete each service request and resolve client issues
- Complete and process new business applications, following up on pending business and contacting individual clients with updates
- Manage the new business submitted and new business issued in reporting tool
- Order and stock new business applications and marketing brochures
- Update and review database/CRM to reflect account status regarding new business and/or service
- Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system
- Complete and process all applications for business submitted by Advisor
- Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
- Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
- Assist Advisor(s) with educational workshops and client events as needed
- Assist in setting client appointments and assist Advisor(s) with pre-appointment preparation
- Maintain current Advisors licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
- Excels in identifying problems quickly
