Customer Relationship Representative
Job Description
The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for all aspects of servicing our customers, sales representatives, and brokers. This includes, but is not limited to: Processing orders, maintaining, and understanding pricing and data files, researching pricing discrepancies, managing logistical changes, following “priority” POs, and managing inquiries. This position requires attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and a positive team member spirit.
This individual will report to the Manager of Customer Relations with a hybrid work schedule available.
