You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:

· Responsible for management of the clinical staff; including their hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, discipline, and terminations.

· Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Nassau County Legal agencies

· Ensure goals and objectives of the Re-Entry Grant are being met.

· Responsible for ensuring all grant data is collected and reported timely.

· Evaluates program effectiveness, revises the program design and/or policies and procedures, as needed.

· Provide training to staff on all aspects of job responsibilities.

· Ensures that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to by staff.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

· LMSW, LCSW or LMHC

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

· Minimum five years of experience working in substance use disorder treatment

· Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· This job is a hybrid position, working between an office, Nassau County Jail, and other community sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
