Position Title:  Front Door Monitor - FMRHS

General Description:Responsible for the daily monitoring of visitors during school hours

Qualifications:

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• General knowledge and daily use of the technology including the FMRHS website, Google Apps, and email.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure guests arrive at an appropriate location.

Job Goal:To support the daily operation of the high school and assist with security

Reports to: The Principal, Assistant Principal

Performance Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming environment.
• Interacts with students and staff on a daily basis.
• Enforces school rules and procedures.
• Ensures all visitors/guests sign in and receive a visitors identification tag.
• Consistently provides clear and accurate information when communicating withstudents, staff, and guests.
• Ensure students sign in when arriving after the start of the school day and sign outwhen leaving early.
• All other duties deemed necessary by the Principal.
