As a Program Manager II in Amazon's Last Mile Science and Analytics team, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing e-commerce delivery. Your role is pivotal in optimizing the final and most critical phase of our vast logistics network. You'll lead the development of AI and machine learning solutions that directly impact the speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of delivering millions of smiles to customers' doorsteps every day.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Drive the product vision and strategy for last mile delivery optimization tools
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate complex algorithms into user-friendly products
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders across Amazon's global operations
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop and launch new features and products
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide continuous improvement
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
• Communicate product updates and value propositions to internal teams and leadership

We work to optimize our vast network, forecast demand using machine learning, and enhance route efficiency. Our efforts focus on developing innovative delivery methods, applying AI to solve complex problems, and conducting geospatial analysis. We create simulations to refine processes and plan capacity effectively. Operating globally, we strive to develop adaptable solutions for diverse markets. We aim to advance logistics science, continually improving speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, in support of Amazon's mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company.
As a Program Manager II in Amazon's Last Mile Science and Analytics team, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing e-commerce delivery. Your role is pivotal in optimizing the final and most critical
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
