Reliability Engineer - Slurries, Oxides and Ceramics

In this role, you will lead and drive equipment reliability initiatives by partnering across maintenance, engineering, and operations You will own and improve reliability metrics (uptime, MTBF, MTTR) and analyze data to identify trends and issues Moreover, you will lead root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and reliability risk assessments Further, you will develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies You will apply, own, and drive Lean Production System principles to improve equipment reliability, eliminate waste, and enhance maintenance and operational processes You will support capital projects, design reviews, and MOC processes Also, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve high-impact equipment issues
