To support its development in the East Europe region, Phosphea is currently recruiting: Technical Sales Manager/Animal Nutrition Professional M/F Based in Serbia Your role: As a key technical and commercial expert, you will act as the strategic link between formulators, nutritionists and commercial teams in developing the market for Phosphea’s specialty product portfolio (Mag26, Neophos, Calseagrow, Humiphora, Calseapowder, etc.). You will play a central role in bringing high‑value nutritional solutions to the market, supporting customers with strong technical expertise and driving commercial growth. Your missions: Lead the development and expansion of Phosphea’s specialty product portfolio in Eastern Europe Analyze the feed market: identify trends, opportunities, risks and competitor activity Understand customers’ technical needs and challenges to propose optimal, science‑based solutions Present technical advantages of Phosphea products to decisionmakers (feed premix producers) and end users (farms), supported by HQ technical experts Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, technical support and long‑term project follow‑up Support marketing activities (events, presentations, testimonials, advertising, fairs, congresses) Train and upskill internal Sales Managers to strengthen their technical knowledge Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date customer and market reporting in the CRM system
