We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Mexico City, Torre Mayor as Manager, Compensation Consulting (Pay for Results and Executive Compensation)-Career Hub. This hybrid role requires working from the office at least three days per week.

Project delivery and technical knowledge
- Lead project delivery as a senior team member across Pay for Results & Executive Compensation solution areas:
- Executive Rewards
- Benchmarks
- Competitiveness analysis (Top Executives)
- Job Evaluation
- Salary Structures
- Philosophy and Compensation Strategy for Senior Executives
- Design and implementation of Variable Incentive Plans
- Sales compensation
- Short-Term Incentives
- Long-Term Incentives, etc.
- Retention / Attraction / Severance & CIC plans
- Board Compensation
- Will be considered a differential participation in the design and implementation of projects related to:
- IPO & Spin-off compensation strategy, M&A - HR Due Diligence, Workforce and Organization Transformation, Talent Management and Performance Management.
Practice development
- Provide support in developing white papers/ PoVs, participate in client seminars and industry events, undertake research under guidance of internal SMEs, develop case studies for projects, etc.
Business development
- Support business development through participation in requirements understanding meetings and developing proposals to drive sales
- Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to have:
Knowledge & Skills
- Full time MBA/ Equivalent from a premier institute (will be considered a differential)
- 7-10 years of relevant work, experience in HR functions (Talent Strategy, Compensation, etc.)
- Project management and communication skills to lead/participate in the offering project
- Prior consulting experience will be preferred.
