Job Description
- Lead and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns, projects, events, including demand generation programs, tradeshows, roadshows, conferences, seminars, webinars, trainings, customer engagement programs etc.
- Manage development and localization of marketing assets and sales tools, including brochures, leaflets, case studies, videos, demo tools etc.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across different markets, work closely with internal teams to align communication strategies with business priorities.
- Manage multiple marketing communications projects across sub-regions, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide on-site support and ensure high-quality execution where required.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for creative development, production, and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, campaign execution, or project management (B2B preferred);
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- High ownership and accountability with strong execution discipline;
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); fluent Korean (native or equivalent proficiency) with strong copy accuracy;
- Business travel may be required.
