Job Description

The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals
  • Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams and participate and contribute to business reviews to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals
  • Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability
     

Candidate Profile:

  • Team leadership experience or proven B2B sales experience is required, ideally both
  • Technical/IT background will be considered an advantage.
  • Analytical and presentation skills are required.
  • Client and stakeholder management skills are needed.
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English ( C1 )
  • German or French proficiency will be considered an advantage.

Please note that this role has hybrid model Monday-Friday 9-6 following a successful probation period.
