Job Description
Davidson Homes is seeking a hands-on Director of Talent to build and lead our talent acquisition function during an exciting period of growth.
We are looking for a builder who is just as comfortable recruiting candidates as they are developing strategy. This role will own the recruiting function from end to end—partnering with hiring managers, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, building pipelines, and implementing the processes, tools, and technology needed to support long-term growth.
In the near term, success will be measured by the ability to attract and hire top talent, improve hiring practices, and reduce reliance on external search firms. This is a player-coach role that requires both strategic thinking and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work.
As Davidson Homes continues to grow, this role will expand into broader talent leadership responsibilities, including workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, talent analytics, and organizational effectiveness.
This is an in-office role based in Alpharetta, GA - this is not hybrid or remote and relocation assistance is not offered.
