Registered Nurse Supervisor PT or PRN

RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality care during your shift, support nursing staff, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts
  Ensure that resident care is delivered in accordance with care plans and facility policies

• Respond to emergencies and act as the primary clinical decision-maker during shift

• Monitor staff performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback

• Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and care needs

• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams as needed

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care, incidents, and resident status changes

• Report concerns or issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
