Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist residents with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
Record and report resident conditions and concerns to nursing staff
Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure quality resident care
Maintain compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations
Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
Prior experience in long-term care preferred
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
