Banking Application Specialist

The Python, PHP, PostgreSQL Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our banking applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a keen interest in banking operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Python, PHP, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive and up-to-date.

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python, PHP, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Affinity for banking operations and understanding of financial systems is highly desirable.
