Job Description
Responsibilities:
Follows departmental policies and procedures. Strong background in pay practices and payroll tax. Identifies problems and escalates appropriately. Handles incoming paperwork appropriate for the assignment. High volume emails. Service clients by phone.
What are the 3 “must-haves” for the client to want to interview and hire a candidate:
Previous client service experience necessary
BA Degree MUST
Prefer payroll/ pay practices background and payroll tax
Computer savvy
