within the MOL Plc. organization.

 

 

Purpose of the position:

We are looking for a security expert who, with strong analytical skills, identifies risk points, uncovers circumstances and root causes, and draws conclusions. Based on the MOL Group’s Security strategy, the expert conducts mandated investigations related to MOL Plc.’s activities and actively participates in operating and improving the investigation structure and process.

 

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Perform professional tasks to support corporate operations, conduct audits and investigations, evaluate results, and independently manage related processes and systems.

  • Based on available information and specific needs, carry out complex investigations, make recommendations for consequence management based on the results, and ensure the follow-up of consequence processes.

  • Perform data mining and data analysis, assess security risks, analyse causes and circumstances enabling legal and regulatory violations, and develop preventive and process improvement measures accordingly.

  • Participate in supporting anti-fraud risk assessments, providing recommendations to support fraud prevention activities and process improvements in this area.

  • Conduct Conflict of Interest and Human Security investigations and checks, and support the preparation and maintenance of related policies and processes with recommendations.

  • Maintain communication with other areas within the Security organization—giving special attention to requests from Operations—as well as with Group-level Security investigation experts, and representatives from MOL Plc. and its subsidiaries’ other support and business units.

 

Requirements for the Position:

  • University or college degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with a background in procurement audits or in procurement roles with a strong focus on compliance

  • Have insight into the security field or AI analytics

  • Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of ERP and SAP is mandatory

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English

  • Customer-focused, strong organizational, and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to think in logical sequences and identify patterns

  • Category B driving license

  • Openness to working in a diverse, multicultural team
