Overview As a Senior Power BI Developer at Publicis Sapient, you will be part of our Data & Insights team, transforming business requirements into interactive and insightful dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. You will design and develop Power BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy, visualization best practices, and seamless integration with client systems. With a focus on delivering business value, you will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders in building what matters. Your Impact Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and BI solutions using Power BI. Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to provide actionable insights. Develop and optimize DAX queries, measures, and data models for performance and scalability. Ensure data integrity by performing validation and troubleshooting across multiple data sources. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate Power BI with data pipelines and enterprise systems. Apply visualization best practices to improve usability and user experience for business users. Support end-users with training and documentation to drive BI adoption. Qualifications Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics roles with strong expertise in Power BI. Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts, including relationships and calculated columns. Working knowledge of SQL for querying and transforming data from relational databases. Familiarity with ETL concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration processes. Experience with performance optimization in Power BI reports and security setups (row-level security). Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Set Yourself Apart With Exposure to Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse). Experience integrating Power BI with other tools like Excel, SharePoint, or embedded solutions. Knowledge of data visualization principles and storytelling with data. Microsoft Power BI certification or equivalent credentials.
