Senior Brand & Content Manager (Maternity Cover · 6 months)
Job Description
Amenitiz is building Europe's largest community of independent hoteliers. We're not just a management system. We're the growth partner behind thousands of independent properties across Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal. Our mission is simple: make independent hoteliers the most successful sector in the hospitality industry.
We're a fast-moving team that takes brand seriously. We don't do generic SaaS. We build things that actually resonate with the people running these businesses.
About the Role
This is a 6-month maternity cover with real scope. You'll step into a senior position within the Brand & Content team at a moment when there's genuine ownership to be had, covering both content execution and brand strategy across four markets.
You'll work closely with Design, Social Media, Video, Performance, and Lifecycle teams, and report directly into Brand leadership. This isn't a support role. We need someone who can think and ship.
What you'll own
Copywriting across the full funnel: web, email, social, ads, product pages, campaign assets, and creative concepts
The editorial calendar end to end: planning, briefing, and publishing across channels
Briefing, scripting, and collaborating with our designer and video specialist to bring content to life
Supporting go-to-market launches with sharp, market-ready messaging
Contributing to brand positioning work and strategic brand thinking
Coordinating with SEO, Lifecycle, and Performance to align content with wider marketing goals
Keeping brand voice consistent and alive across ES, FR, IT, and PT
Suport on a brand launch strategy that's already in motion
What we're looking for
Around 5 years of experience in a brand, content, or creative copywriting role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup environment
Full professional fluency in English, both written and verbal. This is the working language at Amenitiz and you'll need to communicate, collaborate, and present in it every day
Native-level fluency in at least one of: Spanish, French, or Italian
A genuinely excellent writer. Not "strong". Excellent.
A strategic thinker who can move fast without sacrificing quality
Comfortable owning an editorial calendar end to end and briefing creatives
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally
A real feel for tone. You can match a brand voice, evolve it, and protect it.
Autonomous, organised, and ready to prove yourself
Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
How we work with AI
We use AI every day, and we expect you to as well. Not to do the work for you, but as a complement to your own thinking and a way to scale your output. The best people on our team use it to move faster and go further, not to replace the craft. We want someone who already works this way, or is genuinely excited to.
What this isn't
This isn't a role for someone who needs a slow ramp-up or detailed briefs for everything. We move fast, briefs are sometimes lean, and the best person for this will thrive in that environment.
How to apply
Two things, and both matter.
First, a real cover letter. Written by you, not by AI. This is a copywriting role, so consider this your first brief: make us feel something. Provoke us. Show us you can do with words what we're hiring you to do. If you run it through AI, we'll know, and we simply won't consider the application.
Second, a high-quality portfolio with your best work. Everything you're proud of, in one place. We'll go deep on it in the first interviews to understand how you think, why you made the choices you made, and what you'd do differently now.
