Test Bench Regional Head - China

In the business group electronics you are responsible as expert of test bench customer solution center China for the design development, assembly and commissioning of the test benches within the Testbench Engineering Excellence Organization. You manage local teams of experts disciplinarily and technically and secure a strong relationship to customers. Besides expanding your area of responsibility, you ensure the operational daily business while adhering to relevant KPIs (e.g., Quality/Cost/Timing). You implement the global strategy of the Customer Solution Center within the regional group, cooperating and exchanging internationally with other regional managers. You control and monitor the adherence to optimization measures. Your optimization measures become visible in the performance of your KPIs. You drive your Business Ownership independently under the framework of the global customer solution center and align with other departments like controlling, HR, purchasing and many more.
