What You'll Do We’re seeking a hands-on leader for our Global Investor Services Team. As a leader of this team, you will own the end-to-end client delivery across our Real Estate, Private Credit and Infrastructure Debt capabilities, serving institutional and HNW investors. You'll also influence and sponsor key global transformation initiatives on behalf of the Client Experience Team. The ideal leader combines deep understanding of our client and exceptional experience, program and process management, and change leadership to scale a high volume, growing engagement model and elevate the investor experience. Client Delivery & Service Excellence Lead global Investor Services teams covering 5 individuals across US and Europe supporting institutional and HNW relationships private assets. Partner with Sales and relationship teams to build client engagement model and deliver proactive support across Principals client base. Oversee high‑volume production of deliverables, for open and closed ended funds fund & client reports, data templates, and related communications—ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and on time delivery. Establish and enforce accountability, quality controls, drive continuous improvement in partnership with client teams, client experience and our private market investment and product teams. Operating Model & Transformation Design and implement global operating models that enhance cross‑regional coordination incorporating best practices for online portal and advancing client engagement and experience. Own the roadmap for driving scale and efficiency across our private fund platform in partnership with Technology, Data, and Compliance. Partner with Private Fund Product during fund launch and ideation with client experience and operational readiness at the forefront, including the establishment of service and operating model across regions and client segments. Enhance transparency and reporting for client insights, engagement and working to integrate into client intelligence and data enablement. Partner with Private Funds, product, operations and to enhance ready to use data model and best practices client support. Stakeholder Partnership & Governance Partner with Distribution, Product, Investments, Compliance to coordinate client needs, new product launches, and complex institutional requests. Drive close alignment with RFP specialists, focus on delivering best in class Due Diligence and RFP processes and content support. Lead partnership with shared service stakeholders in risk, legal and compliance. Partner with CX leadership to develop and drive best in class client experience. Lead and sponsor the establishment of Principal’s client data governance, as we building a robust CRM, integrated data flow and governance for global salesforce adoption. People Leadership Build and lead high‑performing, collaborative teams; coach team leads; set clear goals and accountability mechanisms. Who You Are 12+ years of experience in investor services, client operations, or client experience within private markets or asset management. Proven leadership experience managing global or multi‑regional teams supporting institutional and HNW investors. Strong knowledge of private fund structures (open‑ and closed‑ended), including investor reporting, capital activity, client data deliverables, and communications. Demonstrated success improving client delivery operating models, scaling processes, and driving service quality and efficiency in high‑volume environments. Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales/Distribution, Product, Investments, Compliance, Technology, and Operations. Familiarity with RFP/RFI and institutional due diligence processes. Ability to lead change, implement process improvements, and establish accountability and quality controls. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills; comfortable operating in a hands‑on, execution‑oriented leadership role. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check. This position may be subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $179000 - $243000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible No Work Environments This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA, or Chicago, IL.
