Rotational Finance Program Analyst

Summary:
This role will gain hands-on experience across all major financial areas of Prinova, including Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Operational Financial Planning and Analysis, Cost/Managerial Accounting, and Credit/Treasury, over a 2-3-year period.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Support the annual budget process
- Support the monthly forecasting process
- Develop and maintain analysis and financial models for use by senior management in reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance and comparisons to budget/forecast/prior year results
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and KPI’s that track the financial and operational performance of the organization
- Ability to data mine and create deep dive analysis on various metric areas and financial trends
- Supporting senior staff with special or ad-hoc projects as requested
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Analyze cost/managerial accounting trends and variances for Prinova’s manufacturing divisions
- Work with accounting to assist in the monthly and year-end close processes as needed
- Other duties may be assigned

Required Education and/or Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience within a corporate finance environment is preferred but not required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Work environment is normally in an office setting. Must be able to make frequent rounds in a warehouse environment
- Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Other physical requirements include moderate standing and occasional squatting, bending, and twisting
- Ability to work around a variety of different smells and aromas
- Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.
