Job Description
The Sr. Training Planner provides operational and coordination support to the Learning & Development function and the Americas Operating Centers, ensuring effective execution, communication, and administration of learning initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on enabling upskilling and reskilling programs through strong coordination, vendor management, and program tracking. This position is structured as a 6 month contract assignment, with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
