Join our Benefits Administration Services team and help our valued customers.
You will assist people enrolling in benefits during annual enrollment periods. As a Benefits Administration Services Associate III, you will use your problem-solving skills to help respond to questions and make recommendations to customers. The work you will do will make a difference in the lives of many.
About the Role
One of the most important things that most people do is enroll in benefits plans. In this position, you will be making an impact on those people by assisting them with enrollments. You will contribute by supporting the organization that provides those benefits.
As a Benefits Administration Services Associate III, you will be responsible for:
Responding to complex client specific inquiries through multiple channels, including telephone, web correspondence and mail
Assisting participants with information needed to make informed decisions
Completing transaction(s) related to the customer’s inquiry with limited supervision while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards
Advocating for participants to coordinate benefits, services and payments with outside providers and vendors (white glove customer service)
Explaining the appropriate participant forms and provides guidance on completion
Completing follow up and call backs in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Demonstrate problem-solving skills
Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920 - $47,880.
