Job Description
Linkage to Business & Customers
- Support and execute strategic demos to drive business growth.
- Coordinate global team on monthly issues, news, and strategic approaches.
- Drive deployment and rollout initiatives to build expertise across four key enablers
- Conduct assessments of business wins & losses to inform future strategy.
- Conduct leveling assessments of application teams to ensure alignment with customers in the OR (Operating Room) environment.
- Verify and facilitate hyper-care accounts, expediting actions for service & application resolutions.
- Serve as a key support pillar for major Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), managing escalations and high-level service needs.
Linkage to R&D and Product Management and Service
- Establish and execute operational mechanisms with multiple stakeholders: service & application team, aftersales, TSC, R&D, SPMD, and training.
- Drive uptime strategy, field service & application efficiency improvements
- Monitor the execution of Service reports in the field and resolve pending issues.
- Track and analyze high-failure modes by account; follow up on trending issues and design aligned field communications.
- Collect and analyze field feedback, covering issues directly or via escalation to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage trade shows, NDAs, and booth operations in alignment with commercial goals.
Linkage to Training & Knowledge Management
- Create and manage content and contacts for application and service training programs.
- Deliver training to regional teams at both headquarters and customer sites.
- Integrate processes and ensure alignment with the ZEISS OPT workflow.
