Job Description

You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.

This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.

In this role, you'll:

Provide expert project controls support across a portfolio of complex projects and programs, enabling robust planning, monitoring and informed decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle. You will integrate cost, schedule, risk and performance data to deliver accurate, timely and actionable insights that support project governance, assurance and reporting requirements.

Working closely with project managers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders, you will analyse project performance, identify trends, risks and variances, and provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve delivery outcomes.

You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project controls frameworks, tools and standards, and support consistent application of project controls practices across the portfolio to enhance transparency, confidence and delivery discipline.

About you

You are an experienced project controls professional with a strong background in supporting complex projects or programs within large organisations. You are highly organised, comfortable working across multiple priorities, and able to operate with autonomy while collaborating effectively with project teams and senior leaders.

You apply project controls frameworks and methodologies in a practical, proportionate way and are motivated to drive continuous improvement in project delivery performance.

To be successful in this role, you will hold appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrate equivalent relevant professional experience, along with relevant project management qualifications such as PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
