Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client needs and goals are met
Proactively pursue new business opportunities and clients
Monitor client performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Manage client portfolios and liaise with brokers to issue quotations
Occasional UK Travel to attend client meetings and events
Key Qualities:
Professional, disciplined, and punctual, with strong organisational skills
Confident communicator, able to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to deliver results
Energetic, ambitious, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop both personally and professionally
Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel as required
