Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client needs and goals are met

  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and clients

  • Monitor client performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports

  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

  • Manage client portfolios and liaise with brokers to issue quotations

  • Occasional UK Travel to attend client meetings and events

  • Professional, disciplined, and punctual, with strong organisational skills

  • Confident communicator, able to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to deliver results

  • Energetic, ambitious, and resilient in a fast-paced environment

  • Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop both personally and professionally

  • Must hold a valid driving licence and be willing to travel as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • No weekends

  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
