Job Description
FLEX Payment Solutions seeks a Partner Program Manager to lead and scale strategic partnerships across referral partners, industry associations, and technology integrations within the payments ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing existing relationships while identifying and executing new partnership opportunities that drive revenue and expand market reach.
- Own and manage the partner ecosystem, including:
- Develop and execute a scalable partner program strategy to drive consistent referral volume and revenue growth
- Oversee onboarding and training of new partners:
- Act as primary relationship manager for key partners:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with:
- Track and report on partner performance metrics:
- Support marketing efforts
- 3–7+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of:
- Payment processing (ACH, card, underwriting, risk)
- ISO/Agent and Referral Partner models
- LMS/LOS systems and Fintech Integrations (preferred)
- Proven experience managing partnerships or partner programs
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Retained Partner Revenue
- Partner Revenue as % of Overall Revenue
- Net New Partner Revenue (approved merchants)

- Base salary $100,000.00 annually
- 5% commission on Net New Partner Revenue
