This is a high-impact leadership role focused on accelerating growth between Allianz Australia and Allianz Partners Australia across our B2B2C ecosystem.

You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and commercial execution, helping scale how our products are embedded, distributed, and experienced—while identifying new, data-informed opportunities for growth.

šŸ’” What You’ll Be Doing

šŸ”¹ Drive Strategic Growth

  • Identify and deliver new opportunities across Allianz Australia’s partner network
  • Expand distribution of Allianz Partners’ product suite (Travel, Assistance, International Health)
  • Contribute to the OneAllianz growth strategy, connecting capabilities across the business

šŸ”¹ Lead Commercial Performance

  • Own sales performance against budget, forecast, and revenue targets
  • Translate market signals and insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Balance revenue expansion with profitability optimisation

šŸ”¹ Build High-Value Partnerships

  • Develop and influence relationships with senior stakeholders across Allianz Australia
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor across technical, pricing, operations and market teams
  • Foster a collaborative, insight-led approach to growth

šŸ”¹ Elevate Sales & Solution Delivery

  • Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity through to execution
  • Oversee compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations
  • Drive integrated, customer-first solutions across multiple product lines

šŸ”¹ Enable Smarter Ways of Working

  • Support adoption of consistent, scalable sales frameworks and tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Leverage data, reporting and continuous improvement to optimise outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, simplification, and forward-thinking delivery

🧠 What You Bring

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth against ambitious targets
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments in large organisations
  • Ability to turn insight into execution—balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset in evolving environments
