We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our UK team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, operations, and customer experience to grow within a fast-paced, international, and high-growth company.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🤝 Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with guests

🧹 Support daily operations across departments including Maintenance and Housekeeping

📅 Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks

💻 Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively

⭐ Ensure smooth processes and consistently high service standards

🛠️ Solve problems quickly while delivering exceptional guest experiences

💡 Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

🗣️ Fluent in English (spoken and written)

📍 Remote work flexibility - Freelancer contract

🏨 Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or customer-facing operations

🧠 Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure

💛 Guest-centric approach with excellent communication skills
