You will define what “release readiness” means and embed it directly into CI/CD systems, replacing manual approval processes with policy-driven automation. The role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, DevOps, security, and operational excellence, ensuring software can be delivered safely and at high velocity. You will architect next-generation release governance models, including a modernized CAB 2.0 framework that enables self-service deployments based on objective readiness signals. Working across engineering, security, and cloud operations, you will drive standardization of pipelines and deployment practices across dozens of systems. This is a strategic and hands-on role where your work directly improves reliability, developer productivity, and deployment safety at scale.
