- Lead and coach the team to manage and supervise daily Business Development operations, establish SOPs, Work Instructions, and drive operational excellence.
- Provide fast, comprehensive, competitive and accurate quotations to customers.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with BD and other departments to identify improvement opportunities according to business needs.
- Understand customer needs via early business involvement or RFQ, focusing on customer solutions but not just part numbers.
- Act as first level escalation for all commercial related issues and provide solutions for exceptional cases.
- Act as senior commercial expert to support strategic direction and solve supplier-related problems.
- Lead technical feasibility studies, own EQ process, select capable supplier, and record factory Gerber files.
- Oversee and drive cost-engineering activities and cost down alternatives from commercial and technical side.
- Coordinate with Engineering team to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business development objectives, supporting proposal development, project feasibility, and client requirements.

- Excellent computer skills in MS Office. ERP experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent command in spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- University degree in technical or PCB related field.
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience preferably in international company.
- Minimum 8 years work experience in PCB related business environment.
