
Brand Partnerships Manager (Mobile Gaming) - Central Europe
Job Description
Team Intro We are seeking an ambitious Business Partnerships Manager to join our Central European sales team, Mobile Games vertical. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping us to achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains visible, competitive and innovative in the market. As a Business Partnerships Manager, you will serve as the strategic voice for our advertisers's mobile businesses—working closely with client teams to drive growth, engagement, and monetization. Your expertise and commitment will be instrumental in driving the growth of dedicated vertical, as you will collaborate with partners, leading clients and marketeers. This role will work along with a peer Client Solutions Manager and report to Business Partnerships Lead
Responsibilities
- Achieve vertical growth and hit sales targets: Manage and develop existing portfolio with targeted new acquisition strategy.
- Business Upsell & Growth: Identify opportunities for clients to leverage more of our product suite and drive sustainable account growth.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for top mobile gaming clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and roadmap.
- Strategic Planning & Consulting: Craft data-driven growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and monetization goals, gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to adjust platform strategy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams - Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, Creative - to ensure improvement for product, processes and key partnership relationships.
- Thought Leadership: Educate clients on emerging trends in mobile gaming (e.g., genres, monetization, new ad formats), vertical-led agendas and platform best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in performance in mobile advertising, mobile gaming, or app marketing roles (e.g. client success, partnership, agency-side mobile)
- Business and commercial acumen as well as understanding of brand and performance objectives
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming industry: publishers, media channels, attribution, monetization models
- Proficiency with analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to craft high-impact decks, present to executives, and build rapport
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi-partnerships clients
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience on Gaming vertical would be an advantage
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
