Job Description
- Define, lead, and execute the executive customer engagement strategy for the Managing Director to drive the business impact, aligning the executive to the customers at the right time.
- Manage customer engagement strategy at Google’s marquee events, including developing invitation lists and managing onsite meeting schedules.
- Oversee and resolve all executive engagement priorities and requests.
- Drive a predictable cadence of customer office rhythm of the business activities to maintain coordination on priority status, resolve open items, and report on impact.
- Develop processes to evaluate and execute executive engagement requests, including field visit schedules and briefing development, in partnership with cross-functional teams. Shape briefings for the Managing Director for external engagements in partnership with sales and product teams. Work closely with account teams to shape the Managing Director’s engagement and leverage a network of specialists and experts.
