Job Description

Job Summary Prepare, negotiate and manage the administration of major complex contracts, including complicated systems for military and foreign contracts. Represent the company as prime contractor or a major subcontractor, both domestically and internationally, ensuring maximum profits potential and optimum terms and conditions. Achieve assigned profitability and/or sales goals.   Responsibilities and Tasks Coordinate complex contracts and proposals within the Collins Elbit Vision Systems (CEVS) Joint Venture structure, ensuring alignment with Elbit Systems of America procedures, CEVS Board requirements, and JV governance processes. Prepare and submit major, complex contract proposals, ensuring compliance with specifications and securing optimal terms and conditions for the company. Lead negotiations and administer complex domestic and international contracts involving multiple subcontractors, foreign customers, licensing/teaming agreements, and advanced military technologies. Review and interpret complex RFPs, solicitations, and contracts, providing clear guidance to management and internal stakeholders on requirements, risks, deliverables, and compliance obligations. Define work scopes and develop objectives that align with both customer requirements and overall company strategy. Monitor contract performance, cost, and schedule execution, providing regular status reporting to program management and leadership. Develop, coordinate, and implement modifications to existing contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal processes. Serve as the primary contractual liaison with customers and internal organizations, facilitating efficient, compliant fulfillment of awarded contracts. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to support current program success and potential new business opportunities. Maintain current expertise in U.S. Government regulations, export requirements, and industry standards affecting company products and contract execution. Prepare and coordinate official contractual correspondence and maintain complete, compliant contract files documenting discussions, commitments, and negotiation outcomes. Execute negotiation strategies for prime and subcontract agreements to ensure optimal terms, risk mitigation, and protection of organizational interests.   Knowledge (Education/License/Certification, Prior Experience) A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration 7-10 years related experience including 2-3 years of international contracts negotiation and administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to be proficient in the above areas. Equivalent related experience is desired and acceptable in lieu of a degree.   Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to work as a self starter, independently driving tasks to completion while managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast paced Joint Venture environment. Strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements, with the ability to interpret regulations and apply them appropriately to contracts and proposals. Effective verbal and written communication skills used to convey complex information clearly, collaborate across organizations, and influence decision making. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) with the ability to create, analyze, and present information efficiently. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on identifying issues, proposing actionable solutions, and applying strategic thinking to new tasks or challenges. Ability to rapidly pivot workload, assess changing levels of urgency, and reprioritize to meet deadlines and evolving business needs. High level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance within multifaceted processes and regulatory frameworks.   Travel/Physical Requirements Hybrid work schedule aligned with the 9/80 program, requiring in office presence 2 days per week on short Friday weeks and 3 days per week on standard 5 day weeks. Occasional travel required, typically up to a few trips per quarter, depending on business needs. #LI-BL1
