This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits:
- $47 - $60 per hour

Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment while following established safety practices and procedures.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing, facility, and support equipment using drawings, manuals, equipment repair history, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and breakdown support activities to improve equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing associates and engineers to understand equipment needs, priorities, and execute improvement opportunities.
- Document timely completion of maintenance and calibration work, including labor, parts, and work details, in the computerized maintenance management system.
- Support mechanical and electrical work across production systems, fluid handling equipment, die cutting platforms, laboratories, and facility systems.
- Fabricate and modify parts using machine shop equipment such as drills, saws, and other general metal working tools.
- Coordinate contractor support and provide off-shift or weekend support when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, including motor controls, PLCs, variable frequency drives, 480/240 VAC power distribution, and robotics.
- Experience performing instrumentation and calibration work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and fabrication drawings to troubleshoot equipment, complete repairs, and fabricate components.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, including power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems.
- Working knowledge of applicable safety and electrical codes, including OSHA, the National Electrical Code, and NFPA standards.
- Strong computer skills with proven experience using Allen-Bradley PLC programming software, including making program changes and supporting automation-related networks and operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written procedures.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment, including from ladders and aerial lifts, while wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, support on-call and overtime needs, and travel up to 5%
