Security Executive

Responsibilities

• Communicate the security policy, procedure and emergency contact list to the site.
• Conduct Security Awareness for Employee (SAFE) Training to all DHL staffs and sub contract staffs.
• Conduct Security Risk Classification and Security Audit.
• Ensure that site maintain a record log of all employees and visitors entering and leaving the site.
• Report all security incidents to Security Manager or Country Security Lead within 24 hours.
• Implement all contractual and regulatory security requirement.
• Suspected security incident that has the potential reputational impact to DHL business should be reported immediately.
• Confirm security incident, after internal / operations validation,response within 24 hrs.
• Gather the evidence and report to the police, if necessary.
• Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of Security processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established, via OMS Confirmation
• Track and understand overall Work Instructions status of update and reviews
• Conduct activities related to security function
• Prepare and discuss security's overall performance, based on the security’s Dashboard with Security Region Manager
• Response within 48 hrs. for Notify Vendor on security equipment failure.
• Have a monthly meeting with the Manger of the security guard company to discuss about the security guard performance KPI
• Done by Security Nominee or Security Command Center where applicable.
• CCTV Check , NVR Recording, Monitor Display, Camera Function, Focus Point, Clear Footage, No. of day record, UPS Function
• CCTV recording is of sufficient quality to support investigation.
• Staff Security Awareness For Employees Refresher Training.
• Conduct a Meetings with operations manager(s) to review performance KPIs of the security guards, actions set on Critical Analysis Meetings .

Requirements

• Knowledge of Safety & Security Management System
• Good integrity and communication skills
• Good command in English
• Analytical thinking and systematic problem solving
• Basic knowledge of finance and administration

• Bachelor degree or Master degree
