Job Description

At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

The People & Culture team at Vitamin Well Group supports a fast-paced, international organisation built around the core brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells. As the company continues to expand across markets, the focus is on building scalable people processes while supporting local teams with structure, systems, and expertise across the employee lifecycle.

Talent Acquisition plays a central role in this, managing and supporting 200+ recruitments across markets each year. The global team is responsible not only for hiring, but also for how we identify, engage, and evaluate talent across regions. This requires a structured and detail-oriented approach, combining coordination, collaboration, and an understanding of recruitment processes across different markets.

About the role

We are now expanding the team with a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a role focused on coordinating recruitment activities, ATS administration and data accuracy, and the creation and management of job advertisements, ensuring consistency across multiple markets.

The role requires a high level of structure and attention to detail, combined with an interest in recruitment processes, sourcing, and coordination in an international environment. You will work hands-on across key parts of the recruitment process, supporting sourcing activities, coordination, and the effective use of systems and tools.

You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and local teams, supporting recruitment processes end-to-end and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you bring structure, keep things on track, and ensure everything we put out - from job advertisements to candidate communication - is clear, consistent, and on point in tonality.

Your tasks will include
  • Writing, publishing, and updating job advertisements across markets, ensuring clarity and consistency

  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

  • Supporting initial screening, outreach, and early-stage candidate coordination and assessments

  • Maintaining structure and accuracy in the ATS, including tracking, documentation, and process updates

  • Managing scheduling, follow-ups, and general recruitment administration to ensure processes run smoothly

  • Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and process execution

  • Identifying improvements in processes and contributing to efficient ways of working

  • Supporting recruitment-related projects across the organisation

What you can expect
  • A hands-on role within a global Talent Acquisition team, supporting high-quality recruitment processes and sourcing activities across different markets

  • A fast-paced and collaborative environment where structure, teamwork, and a strong candidate experience are highly valued

  • Broad exposure across different functions, markets, and recruitment activities

  • An environment focused on getting things done properly, and improving how we work along the way

  • A modern and data-informed recruitment environment with a growing focus on AI-supported ways of working

Who are you

You likely have a relevant university degree and at least one year of experience within recruitment, sourcing, research, or a similar role, either from an agency or an in-house Talent Acquisition function.

You are structured and detail-oriented, and you take pride in keeping processes organised, accurate, and running smoothly. You are comfortable working with repetitive and administrative tasks, while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.

At the same time, you are proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of your tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing processes.

To succeed in this role, you likely have
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • High attention to detail and a structured way of working

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

  • A proactive approach and a sense of ownership in your work

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or similar tools

  • Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, and ideally an additional European language (for example French, Spanish, or German)

Welcome with your application at the latest June 15th 2026.

We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day.  We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.

Life at Vitamin Well Group

Our growing family is made up of over 600 employees, representing a variety of cultures, experiences and diverse backgrounds. This diversity is a great asset as we continue our expansion and evolve our portfolio. At the same time, Vitamin Well is still very much a Swedish company, promoting Swedish values when it comes to both business and people. We treat each other in a fair and equal way, and we respect one another based on our qualities. As we expand Vitamin Well Group’s business, we are also committed to minimizing our environmental impact and continuously strive to lower emissions from for example production, logistics, and packaging.

Working at Vitamin Well, we provide a dynamic environment defined by ambition, dedication, and an entrepreneurial spirit. In our action-oriented culture, the ability to make swift decisions is paramount in bringing ideas to fruition. We are committed to fostering an atmosphere where every individual's unique strengths contribute to our collective success. As a health and exercise-oriented company, we inspire an active lifestyle by partnering with top-performing athletes, but we also promote and support exercise among our employees.

As part of the recruitment process, we may ask you to conduct a personality test as well as a test that measures logical ability. The purpose of the tests is to evaluate candidates as objective as possible and identify the best possible match for the role. The tests are based on solid research and are taken through our partner Alva Labs.
