Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share of the Crop Protection portfolio through strong portfolio strategy, pricing, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead portfolio strategy and lifecycle management (launches, expansions, phase-outs)
Deliver revenue and gross margin targets aligned to the Multi Year Plan
Drive pricing strategy and value capture
Lead product launches and campaign execution
Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and field execution
Lead Local Product Concept Team (LPCT) for portfolio decisions
Success Metrics
