Job Description

Role Purpose

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share of the Crop Protection portfolio through strong portfolio strategy, pricing, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio strategy and lifecycle management (launches, expansions, phase-outs)

  • Deliver revenue and gross margin targets aligned to the Multi Year Plan

  • Drive pricing strategy and value capture

  • Lead product launches and campaign execution

  • Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and field execution

  • Lead Local Product Concept Team (LPCT) for portfolio decisions  

Success Metrics

  • Revenue and gross margin delivery

  • Market share and penetration

  • New product launch success

  • Pricing/value realization

  • Forecast accuracy and portfolio health
