The Warehouse Operations Associate II is responsible for collaborating with all other warehouse departments, as needed. Duties include receiving and processing incoming/outbound shipments, preparing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy of department, operating warehouse equipment, and quality assurance of area.

How success is defined:
Coordinate daily warehouse activities: Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations to ensure efficiency.
Monitor workflow and productivity: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Assist in scheduling and resource allocation: Support supervisors in planning labor and equipment needs.
Handle complex shipping and receiving tasks: Manage high-value or sensitive shipments and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with procurement, logistics, and customer service to meet deadlines.
Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule. While being present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams.
What you will bring:
1 - 3 years’ previous experience in a warehousing environment
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate is preferred
Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating JDE, RDS, DSI, SQL and all Microsoft Office programs
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phone
Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings, if/when needed
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered for this role
Compensation Range: $19 - $21 per hour
Compensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work location
