This role sits at the frontline of technical customer interaction within a fast-growing, developer-focused financial data platform. You will be the first point of contact for users across EU and APAC time zones, helping them resolve API, integration, authentication, and onboarding issues in a fast and accurate manner. The environment is highly technical and developer-oriented, requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex API-driven workflows. You will work closely with engineering and senior support teams to ensure issues are properly diagnosed, documented, and escalated when needed. Beyond reactive support, the role also contributes to improving documentation and developer experience resources.
