Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Record and report defects, deviations, or quality issues, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Use measuring and testing equipment to check product dimensions, functionality, and performance according to quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and create reports for management review.Assist in the development and implementation of basic quality control procedures and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support the calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment to ensure accuracy. Participate in root cause analysis investigations to help resolve minor quality issues and suggest preventive actions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, vocational training in quality assurance or a related field is beneficial.
• 1 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related role.
• Familiar with basic quality inspection techniques, standards, and procedures.
• Competence in using basic measuring and testing equipment. Proficiency in reading simple technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of industry-specific quality systems or regulations.
