Work very closely with Inspection Supervisors, Workshop & Core Facility supervisor, Maintenance Planning Coordinator and Reliability Coordinator Implement technical guidelines and directives from corporate engineering for maintenance process Develop standardized methods and procedures for equipment inspection Participate in the planning of inspection, maintenance activities and annual stoppages Evaluate the technical potential and eliminate deficiencies of the team Assure the availability of equipment's and be compliance to production requirements through maintenance activities. Analyze maintenance data, develop hindsight and conclusion, and propose improvement on maintenance strategies/plan Perform critical analysis of maintenance process together with Maintenance Planning controller to drive improvement for maintenance process and Key Performance Index maturity To be compliance to opportunity scopes planned by maintenance and planning department To participate in planned maintenance shutdowns upon requirement by maintenance planning/execution Coach process inspectors and maintenance execution to the standard established and in compliance with technical requirements Assure the quality of the contracted services through supervision. Assure the maintenance of the know-how through coordination of the elaboration and update of the operational procedures, instructions and standards Contribute in detection, report and elimination of abnormalities in the operational process through control of the process variables Assure the health and safety procedures for own employees and third parties through preventive actions and corrections Orientate, develop and teach technically the team to identify potential successors Assure the quality of contracted services through monitoring of the fulfillment of the contractual works Provide support and actively involve in the development of annual production budget and cost based on technical data and analysis Ensure the fulfillment of the safety, health, quality and environmental standards and policies Be in one line with the ethical code of the company, passing these values to the team Prepare and/or review maintenance work related procedure (PRO) and Maintenance related guidelines (PGS) Key focal for maintenance planning for any computerized software (SAP System) related initiatives and be normative to the SAP process for the maintenance Assist maintenance planning manager in leading and delivering key initiatives for Maintenance Planning Department Experience: 6 - 8 years for Degree holders / 10-12years for Diploma in Engineering Specific knowledge: Maintenance & inspection knowledge on bulk material handling equipment's like belt conveyors, stackers - reclaimers, ship unloaders/ship loaders; utility equipment's like piping, pumps & etc. Should be able to coach the fresh employees that have been recruited or promoted from the apprentice batches or similar to its level. Possess strong techniques and technical knowledge for maintenance, reliability and availability Management of routines and as per guidelines People management Strong Knowledge on SAP system, Power BI and Data management
