The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our clients and the company, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business growth. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client accounts by providing excellent customer service.

  • Develop long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.

  • Assist in resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.

  • Prepare reports and updates on account status and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
