Job Description
- Coordinating daily administrative functions, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for executive staff- Preparing and processing documents, correspondence, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism- Managing filing systems and data records to ensure the organization, confidentiality, and accessibility of critical information- Facilitating effective communication between various departments and external contacts, ensuring timely dissemination of information- Supporting preparation and logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events in compliance with contract and regulatory requirementsFILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING#LI-TF1
