This role plays a key part in strengthening operational performance and client support within a fast-paced laboratory environment. You will transform operational and client data into actionable insights that improve workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service quality. The position sits at the intersection of analytics, client relations, and laboratory operations, ensuring smoother coordination across teams and partner sites. You will support proactive account management by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities before they impact service delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help standardize processes and improve visibility across accessioning and order management workflows.
