Job Overview
The Custodial Trainer will be responsible for organizing trainings and conducting personal assessments for identified custodial employees as needed to follow all protocols and procedures for the cleaning and maintenance of the customer facility.
Roles & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Educate custodians and other cleaning personnel on how to perform job duties
Assess the type of training needed for each employee
Choose training materials that cover the information in a way that trainees will understand
Set up training schedules for new hires and plan continuous training seminars and workshops for current employees
Provide training manuals that offer instructions about using specific cleaning agents
Provide video instruction especially with using commercial grade cleaning equipment
Train new employees in safety rules, policies, and procedures
Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session through surveys and personnel assessment records
Give performance feedback to trainee’s and forward to manager
Assist supervisors with employee communication, and offer advice to employees about job advancement
Comply with company safety rules, policies, and procedures
Stop at risk behavior of others and self
Qualification

Education and/ or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources
One to two years custodial experience and training
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Completed all safety and task training certifications
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation and Shift:
Monday-Friday: 5pm - 1:30am
$19.50-$20.50 per hour
