Job Description

Strider is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale hiring across technical and corporate functions during a period of rapid growth. This role will play a critical part in building high-performing teams across engineering, product, operations, finance, marketing, people operations, and other business functions that support Strider’s mission and long-term growth.
As a key member of the People Operations team, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, and help evolve recruiting strategies, processes, and candidate experience initiatives across the organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with operational and strategic talent acquisition responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable hiring practices in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who can navigate multiple hiring priorities, build strong partnerships across teams, and help create thoughtful, inclusive hiring processes that support Strider’s continued growth.
Key Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and corporate functions
Experience recruiting for roles across engineering, product, operations, finance, marketing, HR, or other business functions
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong sourcing and talent engagement skills, including experience identifying and attracting passive candidates
Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring strategies and candidate success profiles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and candidates
Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby
Ability to analyze recruiting data and use insights to improve hiring processes and outcomes
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, or other high-growth industries
Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies
Experience supporting hiring in rapidly scaling or globally distributed organizations
Experience contributing to recruiting operations, interview process design, or talent acquisition strategy initiatives
Experience partnering with cross-functional business leaders on workforce planning and hiring prioritization

What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and corporate functions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing and interview strategies
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies through referrals, networking, outreach campaigns, recruiting platforms, and talent communities
Develop strong candidate relationships by communicating Strider’s mission, culture, and growth opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing market insights, recruiting trends, and recommendations that support informed hiring decisions
Maintain accurate recruiting data, pipeline tracking, and reporting within the applicant tracking system
Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and candidate experience initiatives to support efficiency, scalability, and inclusivity
Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and business teams to support onboarding, workforce planning, and broader talent initiatives
Contribute to Strider’s employer brand through recruiting campaigns, events, candidate communications, and talent engagement strategies
Help develop scalable recruiting infrastructure, documentation, and best practices that support long-term organizational growth
Stay informed on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to strengthen Strider’s hiring capabilities
